It is hard to think about end-of-life issues.
It is even more difficult to talk about death and dying with loved ones.
However, again and again, we hear from families and friends comments like, “I wish I had known what he wanted,” or “I wish I had talked to someone earlier.”
At NHH, we want to help you feel informed and empowered to face these issues now, before you arrive at a crisis point and feel it is too late.
As part of our community education program we offer:
- one-on-one counseling
- a lending library of informational material
- free educational workshops
